Hormone Balance Blend

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and have been searching for natural ways to help manage my symptoms alongside my doctor’s recommendations. My friend came across PCOx Harmony Blend at a local festival, and I decided to give it a try. I even showed the supplements to my RDN, and she was really pleased and impressed with the selection of ingredients. That gave me even more confidence in using it.

While the evening blend doesn’t taste all that great at first, you get used to it quickly, and it really isn’t bad. I look forward to trying the new blend when it becomes available. It would be helpful to have some recipe recommendations for what pairs well with the supplements to make them even easier to take.

What I love most is the fact that it’s a liposomal formula—so much easier than trying to swallow a handful of pills to get the same benefits (which has always been tough for me). Overall, it feels like a supportive and manageable option for someone newly navigating PCOS, like myself. So far, I’ve been really impressed with how gentle yet effective it feels on my system. While it’s still early in my journey, I’ve already noticed subtle improvements in my energy and mood. I’m hopeful that with consistent use, it will continue to support my overall wellness.

This supplement blend has truly changed my life. I live with PCOS, PMDD, and POTS, and they all affect each other. When one goes out of balance, everything does. Just two weeks before starting this supplement (I only take the morning blend), I had 14 cysts on my left ovary and 11 on my right. After about six months, I now only have 1 cyst.

It has also shortened my luteal phase, which is where I normally struggle the most with PMDD symptoms. My doctor reassured me that the shorter phase is perfectly healthy, and encouraged me to keep taking it. The impact on my mental health has been incredible—when my hormones are balanced, my POTS is so much easier to manage too.

The only downside for me is the taste. It’s not awful, but it’s not my favorite either. That said, the benefits far outweigh the flavor, and I’m really looking forward to trying new flavors when they come out.

I have been dealing with repro issues since I got my first period at age 12 - I am now 40. I have never had any luck with medical professionals all this time. Once I was officially diagnosed with PCOS, they have only ever wanted to put me on birth control. I have tried countless birth controls and dosages, and unfortunately ALL of them make me feel sick and bloated. Some have actually mimicked morning sickness and I threw up every day for months on some of them, even the ones claiming to be low dose. All throughout my 20s and 30s, I asked for procedures but I was told I was too young and it could affect my chances of having babies later (I’m positive I can’t have babies anyway with my wacky repro system). I felt helpless as I would either be in pain and bleeding, or extremely nauseous, throwing up, and bloated. The last 2 years have been especially difficult as I have declined artificial hormones from birth control, and my pain and bleeding got exponentially worse.

One day my mom and I were spending time at this Women’s Expo and I see a sign that simply says “PCOS” in huge letters. Obviously I walk over and I have a lengthy conversation with the two women at the stand. I decide to buy 2 months of this supplement Gruve from them - because at this point what have I got to lose, right? And if it doesn’t work, it didn’t cost a fortune (unlike doctor’s visits). No joke, within one week I immediately begin feeling relief in my repro area. I was bleeding every single day very heavily for the past two months - and it STOPS. I thought it was too good to be true, and I don’t want to get my hopes up, so I wait and wait for other side effects or for the pain and bleeding to come back.

But it doesn’t.

I just placed my order and received my 3rd month of this supplement (I have been doing both the day and the night harmony blend), and I can say with confidence this product has made such an impact in the quality of my life. I don’t feel constant pain, I don’t bleed randomly, and I have not had any cysts rupture (which was a very common and extremely painful occurrence for me before) since I started taking this supplement.

I hope this business thrives and helps tons of other women who were like me and couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope they are around forever because I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t get this product anymore. It has changed my every day, literally. Other than eliminating the pain and bleeding and ruptures which are obviously the most important symptoms that needed attention, my periods are normal again. I don’t bleed out of my tampons anymore. I can be a girl and wear white bottoms if I want without fear of bleeding on them in public.

I will say the night time ones are so so gross, and I have received a couple of the packets flat and empty, but overall I can’t say enough wonderful things about this product that has made such a positive difference in my life. I hate big pharma and I hate being on meds. This has been an absolute Godsend for me. I hope it helps you too!

I am still within my first month of the products. I really wanted to try a product that supported my PCOS symptoms without needing to take 10+ pills. This product has been super easy to take each morning and night. The evening blend does not take as good as the morning blend but I am able to still take it without issue. Hoping to see more improvements, but I definitely have more energy since taking it! I really do not like metformin and its not medically necessary to take at the moment so I hope this products keeps me from having too. :)
